Turbocharger blew, oil went into cylinders and blocked crankshaft. Turbo replace engine freed and now how it is being smoked out. Had injectors refurbed which stopped the diesel mixing with oil, but it is still blowing out white smoke.

I can see where the coolant is leaking too. It looks like its coming from the coolant bottle like a little crack because the water is on the undertray underneath the coolant bottle.
As i drove home for the seconds huge cloud of smoke from exhaust I think was white smoke not sure. Luckily was on my road took seconds to get home. All oil had dissapeared from engine. TDI 17 decent car with decent spec but has an issue.
It drives well, with no loss of power or anything, and when it warms up the smoke clears, the shuddering stops and it drives well. Injector seals replaced afterwards, no change. Don’t be fooled by the compact size of the Audi A—the turbocharged 2. It comes out more as i put the pedal on the gas.
Car is a 140bhp tdi audi awith a BKD engine. Smoke is white , neither grey nor black. Have only owned it a few days and have noticed that when accelerating from stationary (more than any other time) there is a cloud of smoke from the back. Definitely smells like burning oil and not seeing it while rpms are up with the car moving. Has got significantly worse over last few weeks and uses a LOT in the first few miles and the white steam.
TDI with CAGA engine 10km on dash. I towed it home and i looked under the hood and there was oil from valve cover gasket. I would describe the smoke as bluish- white is colour. TDI Sport 3dr 140BHP 8P I’ve owned the car for years now. TDi Quattro sportback On paper the 2. TDi is slow to but will this be noticable in the real world?
