There are two lakes, a waterfall and bridges. Duck River winds through the garden. The garden is maintained by Cumberland Council. They are just over 7km south-east of Parramatta CBD.

It really is a nice day out for families or even for a picnic. The Japanese gardens and Australian native animal sanctuary was our favorite. It is absolutely beautiful. You will find wallabies, kangaroos, emus and if your really lucky, the wombat might come out to play. The Auburn Gardens are a lovely spot to spend a couple of hours.
Don’t miss the aviary across the road. There is also a small fauna section with kangaroos, emus, wallabies and wombats. Alta Sierra Biblical Gardens is a quiet place for meditation and reflection and retreat. The Gardens are a nonprofit, nondenominational organization, supported by donations and endowments.
The central formal area – with reflection pool, pergola and sunken rose garden – has flowers and blossoms through the year. Being Sunday and a nice sunny day it was very crowded but still worth while. Having an abundance of plants and animals, the Garden is sure to please the nature lover in you.
Wander the paths, admire the plants and visit the native animals in the reserve. Japanese Garden , Native Rainforest Garden , Scented Garden and Sunken Rose. Davis Arboretum is a 13. Supported by the College of Sciences and Mathematics, it provides visitors with a place to enjoy a natural setting and experience the native plants and habitats of Alabama.
