This garden is a culmination of ocean and mountain trials with hectares of cultivated fynbos area and a further 1hectares of wild natural fynbos. Before these two rivers converge in the Garden , they form spectacular waterfalls which can be viewed at the Cascades and the Nels viewpoints. The garden has a tropical African rainforest section, with approximately six hundred indigenous plant species. The Garden is open daily from 08hto 18h(October to April) and 08hto 17h(May to September).
