Are you a vegetarian or have someone who is a vegetarian in. Reservation are not accepted for Brunch. Not surprising though, since the food is actually pretty good. See menus, reviews, pictures and make an online reservation on Chope.


Surrounded by an abundance of flora, this eatery offers rustic wooden tables and open-air porches, allowing diners to unwind as they feast. It is listed as a UNESCO heritage site (along with only two other botanical gardens, Kew Gardens in London and the botanical garden in Padova, Italy). Singapore Botanical Gardens is my favourite botanical garden, and I have visited quite a few.


But the term in itself sounds posh enough. Halia is a nice spot to grab salad and tea after visiting Botanic gardens. It’s in the Dining Experience.


Staff and ambient reflect natural beauty through. Love nature to love yourself, experience the full ambience of dining in the gardens by seating outside. Ginger drinks are tasty and hydrating in hot Singapore weather.


Acclaimed restaurant in tropical garden setting famous for consummate cross-cultural fusion cuisine. Orange blossom vanilla mousse, Galangal poached apples, blood orange coulis and ginger flower sorbet are combined to create what might be the most delicate-looking yet packs a big punch dessert on the menu LOL the flavours seem subtle but they do leave quite a impression! If you don’t already know, Halia means ‘ginger’ in Malay.


Today, the 74-hectare Gardens has an extensive collection of more than 10types of plants includes the region’s most significant living collection of orchids, gingers, palms and cycads. Walk pass the Learning Forest, you will see the Palm Valley Lawn and the National Orchid Garden. Via Nissam Gate Only minutes walk to National Orchid Garden. A garden restaurant and bar set within the lush surrounds of the botanic gardens , Botanico offers contemporary European cuisine with Asian inflections.


Equipped with a blooming indoor dining hall and a verdant outdoor terrace and bar, the restaurant and bar is also an enchanting destination for weddings, corporate and social events. Besides its unique location, Villa Halia also sets itself apart. Just minutes away from downtown Singapore, the restaurant is a popular choice for romantic dinners and get-togethers with friends and families. J unior College classmates Nicole Tham, 2 Art Therapist, and Tay Li Hang, 2 Civil Servant, tied the knot in a light-fille dreamy solemnisation at the well-loved Band Stand and celebrated their union at the elegant Villa Halia at the. The word ‘ halia ’ means ginger in Malay. Nice place to chill, but expensive food. Getting to Halia was a little tricky though. And Hali is located beside t. Fri and Eve of PH 9am to 10pm (last seating) Sat 10am to 10pm (last seating) Sun and PH 10am to 9. Botanic Garden is big, and we were not sure at which end they were located at. Halia ” drew its name from the Ginger Garden nearby, and is indeed a scenic get-away place for that relaxing brunch or romantic dinner in earthy greenery.


I was invited last month to the restaurant to try out their weekday tea-time set and weekend high tea. Delicious foo many dishes (but by no means all) having ginger flavouring in some shape or form. The restaurant is located close to the ginger garden.


We had the ginger prawn salad each time which was delicious. In line with the recent anointment of its Halal certifica tion, Halia, which is a Malay word for ‘ginger’, has released exciting new additions to their menu.
