The event marks the beginning of the festive season in December every year. This is your chance to sing along to your all-time favourite Christmas carols in. Expect all things Christmassy! Don your festive hats and enjoy a line-up. Grab a picnic blanket, round up your friends and family and enjoy a wonderful evening set against what is unmistakably one of the world’s most magnificent backdrops.

The carols will be from Thursday the 12th of December to Sunday the 15th of December. This year the carols will be led by Cape Town Concert Brass and the Cape Town Male Voice Choir.


This enormously popular event is, for more than years. Adult picnic for two (R195): Whole baguette, cheese selection, hummus, pepperdew dip, Parma ham, crisps, brownies and water. This one is an event for the whole family, so pack a picnic, put on your Santa hat, and pack the kids into the car to enjoy an evening of local music talent and Christmas favourites performed by the Male Voice Choir and the Cape Town Concert Brass.
