Old Guelph Roa Hamilton, L0R 2HRBG’s Arboretum is more like an English landscape park than a garden. As its name implies, this is the place where you can see a wide variety of trees and other woody plants up close. It is especially beautiful in spring and fall.

Four distinct formal gardens are contained with 1hectares of nature reserve, nestled into the slopes of Niagara Escarpment World Biosphere Reserve. They had a house which had different climates in it and you could see everything from tropical plants to desert plants, which was very interesting. Now they include amazing greenhouses with a lot of beautiful exotic exhibitions. There is an amazing garden of lilacs and a very exotic garden of bamboo.
