Water coming out of exhaust and white smoke

What does white smoke from motorcycle exhaust mean? Why would a car blow white smoke? Could the Turbo cause my white smoke? What causes a lot of smoke to come from the exhaust?

Observe the white smoke and water escaping from the tail pipe.
