The gardens are a celebration of South African flora - showcasing only indigenous South African plants. The spectacular, 90-acre plant haven forms part of a nature reserve that borders Table Mountain National Park. The hectare landscaped gardens section merges seamlessly with the 4hectares of shrub land cloaking the mountain slopes. From then, the gardens have matured into an extraordinarily rich and diverse flora, exemplary of southern Africa.


The setting is magnificent, against the eastern slopes of Table Mountain, and only km outside of Cape Town. The estate covers 5hectares, and only indigenous South African plants are grown here.
