5 9 Cummins white smoke at idle

At my final fill up I noticed that while idling while fueling that the truck was blowing white smoke at idle. I have white smoke and rough idle. Every now and then it seams to stall for just a second at take off.

Last week we got fuel from a brand new place and the next day while unloading (hopper bottom) there was a lot of white smoke coming from the exhaust. It was a cold morning so I thought it was starting to gel up. When I left it smoked real bad but ran great.


It started rough our first cold day here a while back, so I thought I should change the fuel filter, I di then I got a leak from the water sensor on the bottom, (poor design IMO to put it there), ran fine for weeks, with the small leak, then the other day started idled fine, as i drove to the highway it jerked a few times, ran a little rough on the highway, and really rough at the lights.
