It has Started to misfire in the mornings (or when its cold) Also there is quite alot of white smoke. After about minutes of idling or when it gets warm, the misfire stops and the smoke clears up. White or grey smoke from exhaust on start. Was contemplating on changing the rings of the engine.
Its a used car I just bought. I top oil every time the car spits the white. Have smelt the smoke and its a mixture or water vapor and little gas. Glow plugs checked using multimeter - ok.
Jaguar X - Type Problem 2. Idle rough but once warmed up all ok. On cold morning hardly working no throttle response. I have a jaguar X - type 2. Could be a blown head gasket.
Also see if you have coolant running out of tail pipe. Sometimes an engine can emit a fine mist of unburned fuel that seems like white smoke. Clearly your engine is burning some engine oil. Perhaps the valve stem oil seals are failing. Headgasket would mix oil with water or use water or overheat engine.
I disconnect the power supply to injector it runs on cylinders but when I disconnect injector power supply it doesnt alter the running of the engine.
